Orange AD 200B MKIII vs Ampeg V4BH

I have an Ampeg V4BH ... I'm assuming the Orange AD 200B MKIII is louder, but what are some of the other difference I will find in tone in the Orange unit?,

My experience was that the Orange sounded much better when it broke up than the Ampeg V4 (guitar model). But I never got the Ampeg working really well.
