Orange Ob1-300 Home made Hardshell case

I recently found this hardshell on eBay, so I bought some tolex from Germany and used it to cover it. I'm happy with the result overall, though there are a few details that could have been done better, considering it was my first time.

If anyone wants to get one here is the link:

That's pretty slick! Functional and good looking for the Win! For anyone interested, Thomann sells some pretty nice aluminum reinforced bass flight cases for $145. I bought one, and it is nicely made for the price. The first one arrived damaged (dime size hole in the black case side) so they sent me another one, told me to keep the "damaged" case. I fixed it with a piece of black tape. It came with some extra foam to customize to a specific bass, but I just made a custom foam insert.

Fortunately, I found a local supplier in town that has the same tolex colours in stock that Mesa boogie uses so I was able to pick that up on the same day and it matched perfectly with the cabs from Mesa.
