My main amp is an ampeg V4B Reissue that I play through an ampeg 610hlf. I'm looking to add a smaller cab for smaller gigs and wondering what thoughts are between these two. I'll probably add another head (eyeing an Orange 4-Stroke or OB1-500) because...I mean...why not right? I play punk/power pop covers so like a punchy sound and super gritty is not needed. Of the two cabs (weight not a concern, I'm a firefighter so carrying heavy things doesn't bother me) which would give a good punchy, maybe a bit mid/low-mid forward tone?
