Orange Terror 500 headroom?

I'm still a little confused by what headroom is. I kind of understand it but I was wondering if I would have enough headroom if I used a 500w Orange Terror through an Ampeg 8x10 cab. I also use a sansamp bddi pedal.

Headroom is how much sound an amp can produce without distorting the sound. As for how much the Terror has, I'm not sure.
