Orange vs Mesa

I think you'd really like one, then - I just wanted to make sure I fully informed you... The dolly won't be necessary - the cab already has everything it needs in that regard...

Just got back from the music store, they didn't have a 8x10 but I played through the 4x12 and it sounded awesome! Way better than my SVT! Need to try a 8x10 to compare but it was a really nice cab and is actually 40lbs lighter

Weight doesn't really concern me, and I live and Florida so really no stair venues to worry about. Plus I have a truck and dolly if needed. Im really thinking of investing in one. Just gonna hunt one down in my price range.

I have the PH810, and I do really like the cab, it does indeed sound great, but my god is that thing heavy! I could not find any Mesa 412 or 212 cabs to compare when I was shopping. But now that I also have a PH212, I decided I prefer the tone a little more of the 12" speakers vs the 10"s...to me the mids have a bit more beautiful blossom with the 12"s that remind me of the richness of the old Diesel 215 cabs (also which I still have).
If I had to do it all over again, I'd buy a PH412.

I have two full size Dodge pickup trucks; one is a 2wd and the other a 4wd. I can tip and load the PH810 cab by myself into the 2wd. But I cannot load it in my 4wd...the tailgate down, the cab is barely 2" taller I can't tip it in, and with it being 173 lbs I cannot lift it.

I have a standard sitting Ranger so loading and unloading isn't a problem, and im using to lifting all the time. Plus im only 19 so don't think the cab would be a problem. And I was reading online that the 810 has scooped mids as the 12s deliver more of a vintage punch.

Especially when touring, I'd rather schlep one big cab than two smaller ones any day...just get it over with :) For a few years I ran a Fender TB 1200 amp with two Fender 810 Pro cabs...and that was an upright gig! The TB 1200 is a SERIOUSLY underrated amplifier, IMO. Good cabs too, if I still played 810's. Back to the topic, I'd take the Mesa stuff over Orange, especially when discussing cabs

That's weird when I was searching online I came across that picture and was like "Nice setup! Must use the 6x10 for smaller shows."

I got the 610 for a great deal with the M-Pulse amp, and honestly all of my gigs could be covered with the 610, but the 412 is my go to cab for shows/band practice. My 610 is my at home jam cab, and I couldn't be happier with my Mesa gear.

Yeah im looking toward to getting my Mesa cab. Just saving up and looking for a buyer for my SVT! Then im either gonna get the Vintage PH810 or the standard PH412
