Ordering a custom pack of strings

So according to DR, they'll let you order a pack of string with custom gauges from any of their retailers. Does this involve me just asking a shop that supplies them to order me some custom sets? OR is something special involved...

Is there any way to do it online? Not buying single strings as that is considerably more expensive. The rep said the pack should be the same price as any other of their prepackaged sets of strings.

I see that, but the rep told me I could do it in such a way that the price would not be more than a normal pack of DR strings, because I'd be ordering a pack of DR strings, just with a slightly different string gauge. This does not deal with buying single strings, as I already pointed out.
