Ordering a Zon?

Hi guys,

I'd very much like to order a Zon. However, I'm not exactly sure as to the best way to do this- I live in Australia and the only Zon dealer is in a different state. On the website, I tried the bass builder option and, of course, once you've selected your options you're supposed to send your choices through to your Zon dealer (I think) and they get it sorted for you. I'm not exactly sure, though, I couldn't find anywhere on the website where it's made blatantly obvious. Or maybe I'm just an idiot :D anyway, my main question is whether or not I can just call them and place my order over the phone. I've emailed them a couple of times but no response- I know they're terrible with emails. Because of the time difference it's pretty difficult to call here, and from what I've heard their customer service/reception towards potential customers who are relatively unknown isn't exactly flash, so I'd rather call them knowing that I can tell them exactly what I want and place my order. Also, I'm tossing up between a Sonus 4 and Mosaic Pro and I play mostly solo stuff, jazz/fusion and prog rock... anyone know which would be more suited? Thanks a lot!

I talked with Joe at NAMM and he said they would do a neck with 1 7/8" at the nut, 19mm spacing at the bridge and 34" scale. I had no idea that they would do that - I loved the tone of my Sonus but really prefer the above measurements.
