Other 'dream' basses

Name a bass manufacturer- not custom, more like Fender/Carvin/Warwick, etc. Describe the bass you'd like to see them build. For me, a Warwick FNA-6 wide-neck & carvin Bunny Brunell, also truly wide. A Warwick singlecut might be cool. Anyone?

A US Spector NS2 in a deep, rich purple colour. Gold hardware, ebony fingerboard, 18V active EMG P/J set up and bold, colourful abalone 'crown' inlays.... Mmmmm...delicious!

I'm talking about a bass w/features not offered by the manufacturer- something you couldn't buy 'off the rack'. For instance, I'd love that Spector, but I'd want 34" scale & (of course)wider spacing for my ham-like hands.

Hmmmm...how about a US Spector 4 string, with a jazz bass dimension neck, aero P/J pickups, a John East preamp, deep flamed green with a dark rosewood board, abalone inlays, and chrome hardware.

Spector 5er with a 2" nut. Keep the 17mm string spacing, or whatever it has now.

Spector 4 strng with 1.75" nut, and the same narrow spacing as the 5ers.

...Does this make me insane? I'd like to think so.

Man, that is really dreaming but how cool would that be ..... Fender finally getting into a 6 market? If Fender made a 6 fretless with 19mm spacing, active/passive, 35" scale I'd never have any GAS of any sort again
