I was learning a couple of new songs today for rehearsal tomorrow(yeah, yeah I know). Anyway, my fingertips are sore. Like rubbed raw sore. OUCHIE!!

Rub some virgin olive oil in to them, it will mosturise and clean your pores....also reduce the soreness.....a bit.

Unfortunaly only virgin olive oil, has the quality, and purity, to do the job.
It also has some anti-inflamatory benifits, but i would not like to speculate on how much you would have to take for any benefit.

If I had done what I was SUPPOSED to do and practice during the week instead of cramming the day before rehearsal, I wouldn't have this problem. Ah well, maybe next week.
