this is a horrible tragedy. my thoughts go out to my fellow tb'ers in NZ who might be suffering through the earthquake aftermath.
Some of those Japanese students were texting goodbye. My wife has been following their messages. Heart wrenching stuff.
Well, the death toll has only been rising and nobody has been pulled out alive in days. Today the country observed 2 minutes silence.
Something quite scary, many have predicted more quakes in our area of the world and I live in one of the most quake-prone cities, Wellington. There's one way in and out of the city, the highway runs on top of the fault. We had a shake about an hour ago that was about a 4.5. Starting to worry about all this. Time to get smart.
