Does anyone know of a good reference site for finding pick up output values? I hate having to go to multiple sites to compare pickups. Also is there a good way to measure the output at my guitar?

Output specs active vs. passive pickups

I believe that passive pickups quite often have a higher output than active pickups ... but active pickups in conjunction with an onboard preamp will have more output than the passive pickups do by themselves
