They have a good return policy if its not a keeper i will send it back and get a new one and never leave the house i hate to miss the view

P bass deluxe Question

I think some times we need to remember> If you can play even a 100 Dollar 2x4 Can sound Good< Lolz!
I like the new ones' headstock decal {70's style lettering} better than the mid 2000's..and no switch on this? Play before you buy is so true, every bass plays,feels,sounds etc different.
The deluxe P bass I have is the only Active Fender I have . I do think that once you have one and play it, you'll forget about any kind of passive active mix. The bass sounds great My other P basses are passive and both the road worn and the P Amer.V also sound great. However for contrast and a cutting edge sound without any pedal enhancement, you can't beat the deluxe sound.....Mine is the discontinued Montego Black .......

Does anyone know if you can buy replacement pickguards for the 09 American Deluxe P Bass models?
Try dasbootman on ebay. he may have one.
he does not have the best communication though but he comes through though.
