Could anyone tell me in what year it was made, how they're rated etcet? Thanks a bunch..

they're generally good basses for the money

probably 1993... or 2002 depending whether it says 'made in japan' or 'crafted in japan'

try googling 'fender japan serial'

Do a search online for a phrase like "Fender bass serial number".

Or just go to Fender's website and look it up.

Since it's a six digit Q serial number, it's Made in Japan in 1993-1994, according to Fender. Crafted in Japan will have a five digit serial number.
