Hi everyone, i'm looking to get that wooly p-bass sound as demonstrated in this video . I getting a pretty decent tone by using my neck pup that is somewhat p-shaped and a compressor. but to complete the sound i'm thinking about putting in more vintage style neck pups. Is there any way to put regular p-style pups in? Or can i buy yamaha style pickups with a more vintage tone somewhere?
