PA Question???

Hey fellas. I just started playing in a rock band again. :hyper: We're pretty informal at this point... but hopefully we'll get more serious. Anyway... we've only had a couple of practices and we don't have a PA yet. We've got about 100 W on the guitar, 300 W on the bass, and a full kit. We need something to amplify the vocals (just the vocals no insturments) for practice (not a live rig), and we have no budget.

Because I'm not a PA guy... I have no idea what to look for, but I know it has to be cheap!!! I've seen some complete setups on eBay for like $300-400 (ie: 100x2 mixer w/2 12" PA spkrs). I'm sure they're junk... but we need something. I just don't want us to buy one of those systems and find out it isn't loud enough. What's the least I can get away with?

Thanks in advance.

Rattman... thanks... but that's not my question. Maybe I worded it confusing. What I really want to know is... how much power do I need? Will a 100X2 mixer cut it... or should I be looking at something bigger. This PA will be used for practice only and just one mic.
