"Paddle" style headstock, Who sells them?

Does anybody know who sells "straight paddle" style (blank) headstock bass necks that have both:
1. Truss rod adjustment at the heel of neck
2. Pre-drilled in-line tuning machine holes (not picky about size of hole)

I had a neat idea for my own headstock profile, but still incorporates the 4 in-line configuration like a fender would have. I'm not picky about the hole size as long as they where equal to or less than 11/16" dia. (If I had to drill them out, they would still be useful as hole locators).

I think the truss rod adjustment at the heel provides a cleaner looking headstock, plus I already have a spot routed out in body to accommodate the ease of adjusting it there.

It doesn't appear that warmoth or USACG do this.

I've seen pre-drilled "half paddle" inline bass necks on ebay, when I looked just now, the only one I saw was a strat neck that adjusted at the headstock.

i just bought a fretless neck (34") from allen eden, but the truss adjustment on that one is located at the headstock. i did not investigat their offerings for anything else. they are inexpensive, though!

They use a laminated rosewood fretboard on those (which I don't mind), but I got one with gorgeous birdseye maple for the shaft. I'm going to assume that was luck of the draw though because the two guitar necks I ordered we're pretty plain.

I've bought four necks from GuitarFetish, they are decent quality. You will need to fix the height of a few frets, but for $37 you can't beat them.
