Double Bass Palatino EUB "endpin" replacement

Hello, does anyone know where I can get replacement parts for my Palatino bass? I'm missing the metal piece that acts as the upper bout, as well as the endpin. I purchased my bass used and it came without the endpin, only the part of the hardware screwed directly into the body of the bass.

I'm having a lot of difficulty finding replacement parts, so I'm also open to ideas for DIY solutions.
