    Check out this action:

    PANTERA - SHURE SM58 - DIMEBAG | eBay

That kinda looks like a fake one. What do you think? It could be a fake seller that has nothing to do with Pantera.

The hole between the XLR catch and the hole for the screw that my SM58S doesn't have. Plus the shape of the metal ring at the bottom of the screen, just above the black logo ring is shaped differently from mine.

I got mine at Sweetwater so it's legit.

One SM58S is the same as the next, hard pass.

It's a talk back mic so obviously they didn't think much of its potential as a stage mic. I wouldn't care if my talk backs are real or not, as long as they work.

Yeah, but the guy is not disclosing it's a fake other than that one photo with the three holes. That's a well-known method for spotting fake SM58 mics. So I suspect he's using that photo for CYA purposes.

And the seller doesn't know Aaron's real name, just his nickname as his last name. Also, "wirez" was arrested last year for kiddie porn.

I don't believe it's a mic used by Pantera. More likely an unscrupulous seller.
