Double Bass Parametric EQ & phase switch

After my first few gigs with my new Markbass Mini CMD 121P I can say I really like the combo. It's very light weight and gives a lot of power. The sound with all the controls flat is very pleasant (with my Realist). The tone controls (and especialy both filters) are very versatile and allow for wide variety of tone shaping. On my last gig however, I was struggling a little with some feedback / resonance problem at about 100 Hz. With the given bass-lower mids-upper mids-trebles knobs I was not able to cut the particular frequency. So at the moment I was really missing some kind of parametric EQ, possibly even with the possibility to reverse the phase - the two most powerfull tools to fight the feedback / resonance problem.
Does anybody know about some little box providing these two functions?

I use the Fishman Platinum Pro. It has a phase switch and a notch filter...works well for me.

The Fishman platinum-pro eq has both these features and it also has a variable high pass filter ( they call it notch) and a compressor and a DI, and you wont overload it because it has a voltage doubler so actually runs on 18 volts so no headroom problems from loud pickups.

I was using what I believed to be the graphic wrong forever and was not that pleased with the graphic sound, I suspect a lot of other owners are too. There are 5 sliders set out like a graphic but in reality the 2nd and 3rd slider from the left are freq and volume ( a parametric eq with a fixed Q) sweepable from 250Hz to 5kHz. The other 3 sliders are bass, treble and brilliance

I've been in the same boat. Last weekend I auditioned the D-Tar Equinox, Fishman Platinum Pro EQ and the LR Baggs Paracoustic DI. I ended up purchasing the Baggs unit. Each has its stengths, weaknesses but they're all good units. After experimenting with it at home for two hours, I made my BassMAX -heretofore a distant back up behind the Realist- my main unit. Aside from the primary features (phase reverse, notch filter) I was able to improve the sound significantly on both pickups by fine tuning the gain. I had assumed that most of the unpleasant sound was due to feedback. I think it was distortion attributed to the inherent hotness of the pickup being too much for my amp. All of the units have a gain control.

There are posts on some other threads that imply that the Baggs has a high-pass filter. It does not. It has a notch filter but the bandwidth isn't sweepable -like the D-Tar- so you really can't say it has HPF capability.

presonus makes a sweet little parametric that's dirt cheap, and you care to buy mine, which has super low miles, shoot me a message. i just don't use it, but it does what it does well.
