Parts-Express.com Customer Service Review

I've seen references to Parts Express on TB, but I just wanted to share that I've had a great experience with their customer service department.
I purchase the Penn-Elcom replacement feet to bottom-mount on my Aguilar 112. They shipped quick and I installed them the day they arrived. In one (#2 I installed), the small metal washer pushed through the rubber as I was putting it in. I finished the last two with no trouble, and concluded that the blowout was not a result of mishandling on my part. So I contacted them (through Amazon) and asked about a return. I heard back immediately--no return necessary, "throw that one away" they said, and rushed me another one (which installed smoothly).
The band is traveling to Michigan in June, and we need to replace some speaker stands. I gave them a shot and found a good price on a cheap set--put them in my cart, and planned to swing by the warehouse in Ohio to pick them up (an option they offer to save shipping). When I got an email from them reminding me that there were items in my cart (could have been obnoxious, but it's a decent email--no response necessary, just thought we'd let you know, yadda), I replied thanks, and that I would finalize my purchase when we knew we'd be coming through. I got a really friendly email back from the customer service manager (today, Memorial Day) inviting me to tour the warehouse with him when I arrived.
Two simple (and inexpensive) transactions, so I don't know how they would deal with bigger issues, but they've set the tone for me. They want my business, and I find that extremely refreshing. I'm confident that I'll do business with them in future, and that it'll be a positive experience.
(I put this in this forum bc they deal with a lot of live sound gear, and it's here I've seen references--they're also in the luthiers corner and amps, cabs forums too, though--if this is OT, someone yell at me!)

yep same experiences here. I have also used them for years, pretty much my go to place. last summer I ordered a cheap set of speaker stands for 2 small monitors I use at the mixing board. The storage bag came with a broken zipper, I sent a simple e-mail asking if there was a replacement available. Next thing I know I get a shipping email from them and 2 days later a new set of stands arrive.
