patchbay labels

Help please...
I've searched here and on the Invalid Link Removed.
does anyone have a template for laying out patchbay lables?
I have ADC bantam audio bays (2x48) and ADC video bays (2x24). ADC doesn't have templates on their site, or if they do they hid them really well.

Measured and made them myself (inkjet printer on A4 sheets of 'sticker' paper). Works nice for my ADC TT bays and patchplates.

Some companies have a piece of soft on their site, but never the company whose patch YOU bought
