Paul Tutmarcs Serenade bass

Anyone out there who knows the scale lenght of Paul´s Serenade bass. Or any mesaurments that could help recreate this historic bass.
Any info about the blade pickup?

The scale length is reported as 30.5" and the entire length of the bass is 42"

Here is a picture of the pickup posted previously by TB's own moonshinegtrs. The pickup was also later used in dobros.

Here's some info that may be helpful.

Sorry the images aren't better. I just snapped a pic of the page from a book called the Guitar Collection.

Not sure if this is the same bass, but it looks close.
