Pawn shop stock and prices.

I buy almost all of my gear used, and in my locale that means at my favorite pawn shop. As the pandemic has progressed the stock at all my local pawn shops has diminished. As their amount of available gear has gone down their prices have gone up. Demand has gone up because of increased free time and stimulus payments, hence lower stock and higher demand means price increases. Example; today I saw a used Squier Jazz Bass, nice, but nothing special - $525.00.

How about in your area; are you seeing the same thing?

Thump on,
