OK, I know I've made a thread here about 5 string basses, but it kind of died and wasn't going anywhere when I bumped it with questions and such.
So as the title says, I've narrowed my search down to the Peavey Cirrus BXP 5 and the Ibanez SR755. Which one would you prefer and why? What are the advantages/disadvantages both have.
On another note, what is the body wood for the Cirrus? I think it's mahogany but I'm not sure.
