Peavey Cirrus BXP for $250...deal?

I usually see used Cirrus BXP 4s & 5s hovering around the $400 mark so I'd call that a deal.

What condition is it in? They sell new for $649.99 online, so if its in good to excellent condition that'd be great deal on one.

I own one, & I can tell you I wouldn't let it go for 250...or anything close to that.

I thought that bass was a steal for 370, at 250 its too good to pass up IMO.

I played one at the music store and it played beautifully. I would pawn the dog to get one at that price.

I bought a 4-string recently at ZZounds for $299, new but B-stock. I surely couldn't pass that up. Last one of these before that I bought was a 5-string about two years ago at the normal price. Fantastic basses. Peavey makes great stuff at every price point these days.

I bought a BXP 4 that has replaced my P-Bass as my main bass. After I set up the action with my choice of strings it is sweet. I get a compliment on my tone at every gig. No one knows that mine was made in China. A great bass. Have fun, Wayne
