Is Peavey still producing the Cirrus in 2020? All I'm finding are used listings. I am very interested in it in new condition.

Peavey Cirrus??? Where did it go?

Peavey shut down all of their USA instrument production (amps as well) and sold off all of their equipment for pennies last year.
Just watch the ads for a Cirrus in great condition. Be warned, however, the prices are going up these days. Folks are asking (not sure what they are getting) prices that were unheard of 3 years ago. I own 3 Cirrus USA 6 strings. I paid about $800 for a very nice condition Redwood top, traded a Stingray 5 (only had about $700 in the Stingray) for a Wenge top 6 like new and paid $1200 for a like new Claro Walnut 6.
Some folks are advertising well worn basses for prices that are at least $400 high IMO.

Composite Acoustics are still made here... I believe they fired up some premium electric production
Those were a limited run using up stock found in Loc 2. Long sold out.
After the initial run of Indonesian Cirrus the idea was dropped. Nobody would pay $1.5k for them when US models were $800 used.
Both still show on Peavey's website, they never update that thing
