Peavey MINX 110 - help to decide.

I'm looking for a (good?) small amp to learn with. Peavey is at the top of my list as I've heard of them for the last 50+ years.
So for the price & duty I'd like to stick with the MINX 110.
Now here is where I need some help from the Peavey gurus here.
I've noticed there are three different looking Peavey MINX 110's and seem to be priced all over the place.
Here is the only way I can describe them.
1) all gray in color
2) red color on the panel
3) blue line under the panel
What's the difference? Is one better than the other? All the same?
I've tried looking up any differences they might have but came up empty.
Help a noob.
Thanks.

Dunno but I had a bluish/greenish faceplate and I loved that amp. Lasted a very long time before giving up the ghost. Built like a tank and great sounding fwiw. Replaced with an Ampeg BA110v2. Also very nice for the intended purpose.

They are from different periods of production, and none are current.
I believe that the one with the blue stripe is the oldest (1986?), then the all-black ones. 1994 was black with chrome rails framing the speaker, while they got rid of the chrome in 1995. It appears that the red face version showed up in the early 2000s. This last version has a "Bright" button and a typical Send/Return effects loop, instead of the single "Preamp Out/Power amp in" socket. Otherwise they are pretty much the same.

You mention needing to pay "duty", which to me means "import tax". I wouldn't waste any calories on trying to import a 30-watt practice amp of any age. Isn't there something in your area? Letting us know what country you're in might make it easier for us to make recommendations.

If you're hooked on Peavey, these are the current models they offer:
