Peavey mk6 fan running but no power lights

Hi guys looking for a bit if advice just brought the above and havent hooked it up to a cab yet but when i power it on the fan kicks in but no power lights come on the amp also none of the other buttons seem to work? Could it be the fuse or does it sound like its knackered, like i said i habent had chance to hook it up to a cabinet yet but was look for advices

Is it new? - return it for replacement. Used? - Check to see if there is still some warranty active. If yes follow the procedure if no take the amp to a tech.
