Pedal Layout Question (fx loop content)

Alright so I recently purchased a Mesa subway plus di. I am wondering if if I should put my compressor before the subway and run my other effects in the loop on the subway or if they all should go in the loop.
Effects:
Compressor (spectracomp)
Boss oc-5
B3k
Klon type od

I have a tuner but I could just put that with the 1/4” tuner out.

This would be used for recording as well as some practice sessions running into the front of an amp.

I looked at the mesa manual really quick. If I am not mistaken, then effects loop is after everything in the mesa signal chain. This means it would essentially be like putting your pedals after the mesa pedal (except still controllable by the mesa master volume knob). Most of your pedals would work before or after the mesa. You would need to determine how each pedal sounds before or after. If after sounds best, then feel free to put them in the effects loop. I don't like my compressor before my dirt pedals, so I would probably do the third suggestion.

Suggestions:

OC-5
Mesa =>effects loop=>B3K, OD, compressor

Thank you for the comprehensive response, it looks like I will have some testing to do! I appreciate you.
