Pedal Order

The pedals I have are: Acoustic Simulator, Bass Chorus, Chromatic Tuner, Harmonists, Reverb, and Tremolo. What order should I put the pedals in after my Chromatic Tuner pedal?

Harmonist second, as it will want to see as clean of a signal as possible. I'd say acoustic sim after that. Between the reverb, tremolo and chorus, they'll all work in any order after the former three pedals. Personally I would do reverb into chorus into trem because I like modulating my reverbs and I like the trem to be more obvious. When it is before reverb, it tends to get washed a little which to be fair is also acceptable and a very cool texture.

I'd start with this and experiment further if needed

Tuner > Acoustic Simulator > Harmonist > Tremolo > Chorus > Reverb

I agree with putting the Harmonist right after the tuner, to get the best tracking. I like reverbs last, because they "create the space" that everything else works in.
