Pedal that comes close to Orange OB-1 grind

Hi, I've currently got a terror bass head that I love but really digging the clips I've heard from the OB-1 Overdrive and I'd like to get something close in a pedal. I reckon even though its not blended, the rusty box kind of gets there. Anything else?

search for a orange/matamp da/gt/or120 amp in a box kind of meme, lot of boutique guys are making them these days : dunwich, dunn effects, the douche from lwa, plx ... at this point basically everyone of them is making one

Thanks, but I'm not really sure if its even the classic orange overdrive that the OB-1 puts out. Maybe it is but because the harmonic/OD side is high passed it makes it seem grindier.

Well you can always ask one of these guys for a custom one with a tweaked eq, added blend ...

I purchased a OB1 from Guitar Center and exchanged for an Ampeg SVT. For the life of me, I could not dial in a harmonically rich tone for my Ricky 4001. Its a solid state amp with the blender which is a poor excuse for gain or overdriven sound. The tone is flat and actually makes my Roto-sound round strings sound flat and distant. They need a tube pre-amp to possibly fix.

Oranges very own Getaway Driver gets a nice grind, not unlike the Rusty Box.

It's been pretty grindy/fuzzy to me & tough to find the middle ground of what I consider driven sounds. Seems like a very solid amp w/ what I'd imagine would be a great distorted/fuzz sound for doom/stoner/etc. & impressive volume though if that's what you're shooting for. Haven't found a pedal that nails that yet, but most similar I've had was actually the EQD Acopulco Gold, it didn't last long for me for bass or guitar though.

The EQD Monarch has done a good job of inducing the more vintage style Orange drive sounds for me, but I'm sure there are a lot of other great & likely better options out there now.
