Hi! I'm looking for a pedal that it keep your moment note or chord - like sustain- and you building up your solo above. Is anyone know anything about this.

When I'm using a drone note, I use a Ditto pedal and a ton of compression.
Play the squeezed note, then hit the Ditto. Hit it on the 1/4 note beat again, and it's done. Depending on how much compression you've used, it pulses to the rhythm.

How about a fully polyphonic one that allows one to sound as though one is using an sustain pedal on the piano...one that 's not huge like the plus pedal?

Well u can sort of do that with the freeze, it sounds pretty natural to me.

Z cat makes pedals with a hold function but the Electro-Harmonix Superego, Freeze, and HOG are the only pedals that do what they do the way they do it.
