I need to tidy up my board and i need help in finding good cabling that is small and very flexible. Is george L's the only choice? I know there are planet waves systems buy they look kinda bulky

Planet Waves looks bulky, but they're very good, and from what I've heard on TB in terms of experiences, they seem to hold up better than George L's if you do a lot of re-arranging.
I personally use the Planet Waves kit for my whole board, and unless you're trying to cram a lot of pedals into a very small board, they work fine for most people.
You could also get custom patch cables made by Bayou Cables or other custom cablemakers.

i just dont have the space behind one of my pedals. i need something like 1/2 size or less the length of a normal straight plug
For cables that are relatively stationary (pedalboard), I use George L's because the connectors save a little space. For everything else - instrument, speaker, etc. - Link Removed.

Those flat-tipped ones save TONS of space! You never realize how much a tip takes up until you find out you have 1/2" too small of space on your board.
I'd go with Bayou. You can choose the sizes that you would with a kit anyway, it's basically the same price, and seems like higher quality.
