Pedals to prevent Single Coil feedback with OD/Distortion????

Ok so recently I had a few good weeks at work and thought i'd spoil myself and buy some nice new pedals. I bought a EHX Russian Big MUFF and a EHX Clone Theroy to go with my Boss Bass OD and Bass Chorus. I'm going to sell the Boss Bass Chorus Though.

My one big problem is i use a bass with a single coil pick up (51 RI Precision) which seems to squeel like a pig when i turn my Boss OD on. How can i stop this? My only cure thus far is to mess with my bass' knobs until it stops. Will a BOSS NS-2 stop this???

I'm also thinking of buying a Boss TU-2 Tuner pedal but seen Link Removed anyone tried it?

I'm hopefully gonna finish off my spree with a nice pedal bag.

When i finally get them all the next question how to line them up, any early guesses?

This is a common question, so a quick search will yeild many answers. The short answer is: there is no right or wrong way to set up your signal chain, expiriment and see what you like best.
