Frankie Carlisle. My now eighty year old father used to listen to his records back in the fifties, and occasionally around the house when I was a kid. The other night we saw him on PBS and my father nearly fell over! He looked terrible but really sounded good. He must be at least 90.

Jim Carroll, ironically. My gf bought me tickets to see him and Allan Ginsburg read poetry back in the late 80's. For some reason I had just assumed he had Od'd.

I haven't heard anything about him in so long I honestly thought that he was dead.

Ray Combs was a comedian that suceeded Richard Dawson. Combs committed suicide in 1996.
