personal mixer with in ears....

i play bass and sing lead vocals in my band. waiting on my psm 600 system to arrive and my WESTONE ES2's also... question though: we run our own sound from the stage so an additional personal mixer like a rolls would do me no good is this correct? since i can turn around and adjust the monitor mix from the board myself.... thanks. matt.

Essentially Yes - unless you want to use the FOH mix rather than an aux send.
