I don't generally listen to bands like Nazareth, but they are one of my faovirte rock bands.
Pete Agnew is the only constant member of Nazareth, and the only suriving member (so far!) from the classic lineup.
He mostly played a Gibson EB3 through a Marshall stack, though he also played a Gibson Thunderbird bass. (Roger Glover, who was producing Nazareth at the time, played a Thunderbird, so either Pete owned a Thunderbird or it was rented or likely borrowed from Roger Glover).
He also played a heavily modified Rickenbacker 4001:
He used the Ric circa "Rampant" album from 1974and maybe also on "Hair Of The Dog" (1975). The bass has a similar pickup mod as Roger Glover's 4001JG and I recall seeing a pic from Glover's home studio with that Fireglo 4001 so maybe it is or was Roger's bass (Glover produced Nazareth at that time).
He has also played an Alembic bass

I recently purchased the Nazareth album Hair Of The Dog so that has been on the turntable of late.
