I never used the fliptop feature when I had PF115he's anyway. I preferred carrying them separately so I could use the PF350 with other cabs easily. It's cool but I have a B-15 so I get my share of fliptopping

If you're not too hard on your cabs when you move them, you can get by with a cover instead of a road case. You can get a nicely padded cover or a thin vinyl one. Don't know if Ampeg has their own covers for them yet but if not, I usually use www.tukicovers.com .

Anyone pair one of these with an Ashdown ABM-610?

Looking into possibly getting one of these for a back up to my so-far-slightly-problematic AD200B. I want something solid state that will be a little more reliable than my tube amp is proving to be at this point, and won't make me feel like I'm lost if I'm without the Orange.

I've read a lot of horrors about the PF500, but less with the 800. Paired with an OBC410 cab (8ohms - 600W), would it be up my alley? I want the extra headroom as the TV15 which is my current backup (as great as it sounds) is at its peak with headroom.

Is this an advisable backup pairing? Why or why not?
