I've played through the Session 77, it's a nice enough amplifier. Compared to my gear it's on the heavier side. My ears hear it as a good EB amplifier. Just my take. The Super Flight Case is their best Double Bass Amplifier IMHO. IME.

Completely agree with this. Can't think of a better practice, recording ( if needed ), or small-gig combo.
Some guys don't like the "true" sound. Ha. For single-small-room stuff, I love it.

EDIT: SFC is not a cheap product, neither in price nor in performance.

I have the Cab 27 that I power with a TE Elf. It's great in the right environment, but muddy in the wrong rooms imo owing to the rear ports. In front of a stage curtain or any type of soft wall, no problem, but in front of a window it sounds like there's reverb on the bass.. Sure is nice for tight stages and one trip load-ins though.

How do you like your TE Elf? I am thinking about either the 10" or 8". For electric upright in low volume jazz sessions. I only like combos and I Love low frequency eq settings. Thanks.

@Michael F Clef i tried the elf and didn’t care for its voicing with DB. If you are looking for a tiny DB head, take a look at the TC BAM 200. $150 and very transparent.

I’m satisfied with the Elf for its size, though even one more EQ band would make a world of difference. If you have onboard EQ on your eub it could be a good fit.
