For all of you who live in 220-240 volt countries!
I read about another TBer that had problems with this amp, a guy in the UK, who just like me, experienced high frequency noise coming from the power supply in the amp.
Anyone else, who have had this problem, or who has a PJB BG-150 and lives in a 220-240 volt country?
The problem is recognized by Phil Jones, FINALLY, I have been struggling with this for a year and a half, and not until now they have found this and admitted that it's a problem with the PSU, by design, when feeding the amp with 220-240 volts.
It's not only hearable when running the amp and listening to it, its also in the DI output signal rendering the amp's DI useless for recording!
Yeah, it's crazy, one of the most respectable boutique amp manufacturers, and a not very cheap 150w amp, and you get this!
It would be interesting to see how many of you out there who actually have this problem, or who have the amp but so far have not noticed.
