Hey Philadelphia TBers, it looks like I'm going to be in town Friday Sept 10th and Saturday Sept 11th. Anyone got a gig or session? I have a wedding to attend on Sunday, but plan on just hearing music and hanging out Friday and Saturday. Love to meet fellow TalkBasser and hear your groups when I can.

Yep, it's on the list. I spent a decent amount of time in Philly in the early 90's and I'm in the minority of people who actually really like the city (aside from those who live there). I've got a good friend there who is out of town until Saturday night, but I want to take the opportunity to reacquaint myself with Philly, so I'm going a little early. I've got a favorite pizza place in South Philly if it's still there.

Will definitely spend Saturday morning at the museum, where I will NOT do the rocky thing at the top of the steps.

And I'll find some jazz, but if I can see a fellow TB'er doing what he loves, better still.
