Photoshop help please... (band logo help)

Those of you that know photoshop, can you help me? I'd like to make up a "frequency line" to use in my bands logo like the one I made up in autocad and attached here. Please look at what I drew for an idea and see if you can come up with some good iterations. Also, if you can think up any other graphic that might better represent "The Almighty Frequencies" please post it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can change anything you want, I was just messing around really. You're lucky, I just made that background yesterday and now it's yours!

It may be a bit too complicated for you based off of your sample... let me know if you want something closer to that.

Again very nice, but still too complicated. We are looking for a kind of compact graphic logo of sorts. Something sharp and easily recognizable.

It is just a little plain and not very original. I mostly came up with it using my very limited graphic tools at work, which would be paint shop pro 7 and microsoft word....lol
