Berklee would be awesome, but it seems like in the world today, a major in music is like limiting yourself to a life of low wage, or no wage, work.

I have alot of friends who dropped out of high school got jobs at fast food and already have a crappy future at 18 or 19. Never go that route, working fast food sucks

I've left school now. I'm only 16. I'm not leaving education completely, just not doing A levels (I don't know the American equivalent). I've been offered a place on a Jazz diploma course so I've accepted that and I'm chasing the dream. Even if I'm living off a low wage, I'm happy when I'm playing music. I'm in my own little world and I'm gona stay here. I'd rather be a poor, happy musician than a rich, miserable businessman.
