Do you think I should put pickup covers on it (serious queston)? Like a '51 P-bass cover over the P-bass pickup and a vintage J-bass bridge pickup cover on it?
No Stickk. Its not vintage-esque enough for covers, IMO.

But in all seriousness, it doesn't look thar bad.
Considering all I had was MS Paint, I think the humbucker came out ok, but mainly, I want to show the luthier how I plan all the knobs and switches lining up.
When do you think it'll be done? And do you think I should do a single screw thumbrest or a double screw?

My own thumbrests, none have screws, I just wood glue them in place, they're removeable that way, oh and they're almost all made of mirror.![]()
