Pick or Fingers?

The audio sounds like bass played with pick but vid shows guy playing with fingers.
Is it possible to get this tone from a P + Aguilar Amp/Cab + Fingers?
My money is on that Ritchie recorded it in the studio with him playing the bass part on a p with pick.
Only exception is during the bridge where it clearly sounds like fingers.

It would certainly be possible, between technique (mainly technique), effects, eq, and studio wizardry to make that sound with fingerstyle. It's much more likely that it was recorded with a pick and they're miming.
