Maybe a Sansamp Bass Driver with the presence knob turned up might come close?

If you grow your nails to just the right length you can get em to just catch on up each wards pluck and create a pick style effect! It's hard to keep em there at the perfect length though... don't do it with nails that are too long or you may end up looking like the earlier photos!
