I'm here to share my pickup woes with ye. I finally got round to ordering a Realist for my bass in the middle of February from an online shop in the States (I won't say who just yet but they're very very well known) and after nearly 2 months now it still hasn't arrived.
Far as I know it's not the shop's fault - after the first few weeks passed I got onto them and they gave me the package order number. According to the USPS website it was collected when the shop said but no further info is available. I rang my area's postal sorting office in Cork and they said they haven't received anything for me. So does this mean that the pickup I've already paid for is lying on the floor in some post office in New Jersey or lost behind the proverbial couch?
This is really frustrating. I've emailed USPS customer services about this twice but both replies were absolutely zero help (and seemed to be standard responses - and as vague as possible). I have some other stuff that I want to order from the same shop but if I don't get this pickup there's no way I'm going to throw anymore money away.
Any advice/ideas??
