I agree with you on the microphonic properties of the PUTW wires, but OTOH, I haven't had a bit of trouble with them since I had them shortened to eliminate the excess length. I'm still using it and relatively happy with it.flatback said:I do have to say about this pup that I am getting fed up with the microphonics of the wires.
