Pickguard ideas

So yeah I'm painting my Fender jazz

Royal Crown Purple
that color.... my current idea is to find a pickguard to fit it has been making me go cross-eyed in the amount of choices... maybe you can give me some suggestions... I'd really like to find a purple one Link Removed

Also liking the thought of a white.... or Black.... give me your thoughts =D

aye... and i was thinking a clear one... but in all reality... if was gonna go clear I'd just not put one and close up the holes for the pickguard

I would stay away from adding any other hues to that color. That leaves black, white or nothing. Some googled purple jazz pics. Hmmm gold doesn't look too bad.

Check out blue shell (bottom right corner), that one is pretty cool, but they have some other good options too and the prices aren't bad.

I like that Satin Gold combination.

As well, I'd go with black instead of white....White looks to me like a white pickguard with a bass attached.

I like the idea of the white/black/white... but to me I'd want the black to be thicker of an outline... I'm kinda hoping that the routing wasn't an issue and we'll just cover the screw holes..... my guitarist is doing it (don't worry he does a great job, wouldn't trust my jazz to just anyone).... he has it curing right now... but he thinks that it had a wide routing..... but hmmm... yeah the black/cyan would be cool in purple... if it was a matching purple.... I just dont think the red tort is gonna go well with it lol... keep the ideas flowing =D
