Pickup Issue

Hey All,

I replaced the pickups in my Squier Jag SS with the DiMarzio DP126's. My output volume is now really loud compared to my other basses (Stingray, Ibanez, etc), and to what it was with the stock pups. Is there a chance I have it wired wrong or are those DiMarzio pups just "Hot". I did replace the cap and all of the pots but that was done before I got the new pups and had no issues then.

If all the controls function as expected, yes, they are just very hot pups.

Lower the pickups some and let us know if that helps any.
